On Sunday 13th of November 1966 at 10:00 AM in Mohan's hall of Hindu Mandir, Happy Valley paved the way for the formation of a Samaj we proudly belong to known as Rajasthani Samaj of Hong Kong. It was the day that it was endorsed to have an association, to make and follow the decisions, and which at later years in 2000 was registered as Rajasthani Samaj officially. All these Marwari families greeted each other with affection and desired that community gatherings should be organized more often and thus a small plant watered that day is giving shelter to whole Rajasthani Samaj today in form of joy and happiness.

Let it be known that this Hindu Temple benefitted from the contribution from a Rajasthani Marwari Family and a hall was constructed and named Rawatmal Golden Hall.

A Samaj is a social place in a given geographical area where we share our common values. We are a group of people who are connected by a feeling of care and happiness where we do something for each other without being selfish attaining a feeling of inner fulfillment.

Here we are connected by unknown relations being vital to our social identity and forming the nearest families being away from our own families. These founder members were some of our predecessors who had an idea to build a Samaj, and together they found the "RAJASTHANI SAMAJ" and there we all were able to find friendship, raised our families with values and built beautiful memories walking alone the path for fifty years.

We the Rajasthani Samaj members have a common cultural and historical heritage and it is very important for our children to remain connected to their roots which our Samaj has proudly done it in the years gone.

Whether it was Holi Function or Deepawali function or it has been Rajasthani Carnivals Samaj has always worked hard to keep the members connected keeping our values live. We should not forget our Sewa Committee Members who with the cooperation of Samaj members have always worked hard to keep the Samaj in a respectable position always.

Your love, dedication, and commitment to Samaj and one another is truly an inspiration to all who know us. Seeing how the Samaj has grown for the last fifty years is inspiring. As we, each other becoming close, narrowing our differences, becoming close friends and family have witnessed the growing Rajasthani Samaj overcoming the obstacles and leaving an excellent impression on the community we live in. The Samaj wishes all the best and many happy years of togetherness to come. We have been together for fifty years, so amazing and rare, yes, it was a splendid journey and we can proudly say that we have one of the best "Rajasthani Samaj" in the world today.

50 years of commitment

50 years of care

50 years of togetherness

50 years of happiness

50 years of the marvellous journey....

Yes, it has been a blessing of the almighty to our Samaj for all the joy and happiness we share today.
