With great pleasure and excitement, we bring to you the “HOLI BEACH PICNIC 2018”. Let us all gather in the true spirit of Holi with its characteristic fun, music and frolic. We have arranged for sumptuous food.
When: Sunday, 11th March, 2018
Where: Shek-O Beach, Hong Kong Island
Charges:
1) Adult and senior citizen members HKD 250.00
2) Children (3-11 year old) HKD 150.00
3) Overseas Guest / Domestic Helper HKD 400.00
4) For any bookings received after the booking deadline, charges will be $50 more per person
Booking:
1) All members are requested to make booking and payment through www.rajasthanisamaj.com
2) We have enabled credit card payment on our website now.
3) Booking deadline is 8pm on Tuesday 6th March 2018.
4) No refund/cancellation is possible after Tuesday 6th March 2018.
5) Phone/whatsapp bookings shall not be accepted.

Transportation:
Buses shall depart at 9.30AM from following locations:
1) K11 / Mody Road
2) Laguna Verde (Hunghom Taxi Stand)
For the knowledge of members who have not attended our Holi Picnic before, please note:
1) Only DRY COLOURS (GULAL) will be provided and playing will be limited to a designated area. No fast colours will be permitted, so please do not bring any fast or wet colours.
2) Breakfast, lunch, tea are provided
3) The picnic will end around 4:30pm with return buses to K11/Mody Road & Laguna Verde
