DIWALI, the most awaited celebration of the year is almost here. Hope the Diwali celebrations fill your heart with lots of love and happy memories and you have a sparkling Diwali!
The children are perfecting their dance performances and we have invited renowned singers and an internationally acclaimed DJ that will get you on your feet!
Raffle: This year we will be holding the Raffle Draw again. Members are kindly requested to contribute prizes generously. For anyone wishing to give a product as a prize, please also state the value; the prize winner will have the option to collect the equivalent cash amount. Please let us know your raffle prize contributions by Friday 2nd November 2018. Raffle tickets can be purchased at the venue or at the time of ticket collection.
Advertising/Contributions: To advertise or contribute towards the Diwali programme, the following avenues are available:
1) Advertising in Diwali Programme Booklet - HKD8,000 (full page ad); HKD5,000 (half page ad) (please let us know by Sunday 28th October 2018)
2) Advertising on Stage Backdrop (LED Screen) - HKD5,000
3) Advertising on Raffle Tickets (backside) - HKD8,000
4) Contributions - Any amount is welcome

Payment & Ticket Collection: Please make payment of all outstandings when booking. All outstandings must be cleared at the time of ticket collection. Members can bring cheques to clear payment as well. Members can collect tickets from 4pm to 7pm on Mon-Tue 5-6 Nov, Thu-Fri 8-9 Nov 2018 from:

Groups for tables: Table size is of 12 people. Please send names in groups, by completing the following form on a computer https://form.jotform.me/82933648718470, by 31st October 2018. Kindly ensure that all persons on your table have not given their names on another table. In case, you do not have a group, we can assign you to a table; kindly submit your names with partially completed form.
Table Draw: The table draw will be held at 4:00pm on Saturday 3rd November 2018 in Mr. Ramesh Sawarthia's office (1208 Silvercord, 30 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui). We request maximum 1 person per table to attend.
Buses: Buses have been arranged from K11 and Laguna Verde Taxi Stand. These will depart at 4:00pm sharp. Please indicate while booking if you will be using buses.
