We are pleased to announce the 1st ever Rajasthani Samaj Badminton Championship (RSBC)!
Event Date: Sat 20 to Sun 21 October 2018
Venue: Parc Palais Club House
Timings: Saturday – 7am to 7pm. Sunday – 7 am to 7pm
Format: Team Format (comprising of Men Doubles, Women Doubles, Mixed Doubles). Each team will be of 8-12 people.
Players: Participation is free. Please send in your full names with mobile number & age, on or before 6pm on 21 September, 2018. Please register on www.rajasthanisamaj.com. Formation of teams will be decided by the Sports sub-committee and the Sewa committee. If you give your names in pairs/groups, please note you may not be on the same team. Any cancellation after the deadline will bear a fine of HK$250.
Team Ownership: Teams can be owned by corporates or individuals. Price per team is HK$6,000. Anyone interested in team ownership should send an email to committee@rajasthanisamaj.com and send payment before 6pm on September 21, 2018. The number of teams will depend on the number of participants. If we receive more team ownership requests than number of teams, the final list of owners will be decided by the draw/auction. Each team owner will have privilege to retain himself and his/her spouse (in case of individual). In case of corporate owner, the company can retain self/employee (only 1) and his/her spouse in the team.
Event sponsor: We also invite nominations for event sponsor. As a privilege, the event sponsor is entitled to 1 team. The rest of the nominations will go in for a draw/auction as the case may be.
