With great pleasure and excitement, we bring to you the “CANASTA COMPETITION”. It will be a full day event starting at 9:00am

Time: 9:00am start, aiming to finish by 9pm

Booking and pairing: Register online after logging through website or mobile application by Wednesday 12th June 2018. Please mention pair name in extra information section while registering. Kindly make sure your partner must have also registered online. If you do not have a partner, but would still like to play, we will pair you up with someone.
Charges:
Canasta Charges : HKD250 per person (for members)
Only for Dinner : HKD150 per adult (who do not want to play)
Only for Dinner : HKD100 (for child)
Overseas Guests : HKD 450
Anybody who does not want to play Canasta but still wants to come is most welcome to join with the charges above.
Children (ages 3-11) can join for dinner after 5pm with charges of HKD100. Adults can join for dinner with charges of HKD150. Please register in your names by Wednesday 12th June 2018.
Payment:
For payment electronically the account details are as follows. Please send us the payment receipt so that we can identify the payment correctly, else we will not be able to credit the respective member account.

Cancellation/refund: No cancellation/refund is possible after 12th June 2018.
Generous contributions:
As the cost of the event per person is over HKD500, we are seeking generous contributions of HKD5000 from members. Anyone wanting to contribute to this event, please let any of the Sewa Committee members know.
