Let’s get together at Clear Water Bay Country Park on Saturday 11th January, 2020 to celebrate “MAKAR SANKRANTI” and indulge in flying kites and savouring the festive delicacies.
Charges:
1) $250 for Members (Adults, children and senior citizens)
2) $400 for Overseas Guests and Domestic Helper
3) Children 0-2 years of age are free
4) For any bookings received after the booking deadline, charges will be $50 more per person
Booking:
1) All members are requested to make booking and payment through www.rajasthanisamaj.com or through mobile application.
2) Booking deadline is 10pm, Wednesday 8th January 2020. For any bookings received after the booking deadline, charges will be $50 more per person.
3) No cancellation shall be accepted after Wednesday 8th January 2020.
4) Phone/whatsapp bookings shall not be accepted.
Transportation:
Buses shall depart at 11:00AM from following locations:
1) K11 / Mody Road
2) Laguna Verde (Hunghom) Taxi Stand
Bus shall depart from 1:00 PM from
1) K11 / Mody Road
For the knowledge of members who have not attended our Makar Sakranti Picnic before:
1) Kites will be provided
2) Lunch, tea are provided
3) The picnic will end around 5: 00pm with return buses to K11/Mody Road & Laguna Verde
