Makar Sakranti 2022 Postponed

Given the restrictions announced by HK Government earlier today, the committee has decided to postpone Makar Sakranti 2022 event which was scheduled for 16th January until further notice.

Let’s get together at Clear Water Bay Country Park on Sunday 16th January, 2022 to celebrate “MAKAR SANKRANTI” and indulge in flying kites.
Charges:
1) $250 for Members (Adults, children and senior citizens)
2) $400 for Overseas Guests and Domestic Helper
3) Children 0-2 years of age are free
Booking:
1) All members are requested to make booking and payment through www.rajasthanisamaj.com or through mobile application
2) Booking deadline Tuesday 4th January 2022 or first 250 people
3) No cancellation shall be accepted after 4th January 2022
4) Phone/whatsapp bookings may not be accepted
Transportation:
Buses shall depart at 10:00AM from following locations:
1) K11 / Mody Road
2) Laguna Verde (Hunghom) Taxi Stand
Because of closure of BBQ areas due to Covid, food arrangements will not be as per how we are normally able to do it. We will try whatever best possible, with Covid restrictions/constraints.
For the knowledge of members who have not attended our Makar Sakranti Picnic before:
1) Kites will be provided
2) Light breakfast, Lunch, snacks are provided
3) The picnic will end around 5pm with return buses to K11/Mody Road & Laguna Verde
