Charges: $450 / Children $300 (11 years old or under)
Charges after deadline(3rd Dec 2023): $650 / Children $500 (11 years old or under), subject to space availability
Campsite: Po Leung Kuk Jockey Club Tai Tong Holiday Camp (https://www.poleungkuk.org.hk/en/service/campsites/po-leung-kuk-jockey-club-tai-tong-holiday-camp)
Departure: Buses will depart from K11 TST (Mody Road), Laguna Verde, Hunghom and Tungchung at 1:00pm on Saturday 16th December 2023
Return: Buses will leave from campsite at 1:30pm Sunday 17th December to TST , Tung Chung and Laguna Verde
Accommodation: Units are of various capacity, so we will be combining groups.
Entries: Please give entries through app/website.
Room Bookings: After you've given entries in Samaj app/website, please give room bookings in groups of 4, 6, 8 or 10. If you have a larger group, feel free to give names of entire group together and we will endevaour to give you rooms close to each other.
In case you cannot make groups in these numbers, feel free to send names and we will try to adjust.
Kindly note if anyone has accessibility challenges, we will endeavour to give rooms with fewer stairs and better accessibility to the activity areas.

Cancellations: No cancellations are permitted once booked for any reason.
Deadline: 3rd December 2023(if we reach full capacity before that, your booking will be on waitling list)
Check-in: At check-in HKID/Passport will be needed.
Day campers: Those who wish to join only for the day on Saturday 16th December can join with the same charges. Return bus at 10pm will be arranged to TST/Hunghom/Tung Chung
Parking: Parking is available for $120. Please give car number at the time of booking.
